SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Easy Publish (SOFTWARE) – a business accounting software developed by M/s. Easy Info Solutions International (LICENSOR) – is offered to the purchaser (CUSTOMER) on the following terms and conditions. The CUSTOMER shall be deemed to have accepted them in full upon opening and installing the SOFTWARE.

1. The LICENSOR is the owner of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE.
2. The LICENSOR grants to the CUSTOMER a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE, subject to the conditions herein.
3. By opening and installing this package, the CUSTOMER is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
4. The CUSTOMER shall not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise modify the SOFTWARE, except as permitted.
5. The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for ensuring suitability before purchase. Payments once made are non-refundable.
6. The LICENSOR expressly disclaims any warranty regarding suitability, applicability, fitness, or merchantability.
7. The SOFTWARE is offered in Single-user, Multi-user, and Client-Server editions.
8. The SOFTWARE requires a Security Device (Soft Lock) for activation and use.
9. The CUSTOMER must take all reasonable precautions to protect the SOFTWARE, Security Device, and related items.
10. The LICENSOR provides warranty for one year from the purchase date for defects in material or workmanship.
11. After one year, all services will be chargeable.
12. Lost/damaged Security Keys will not be replaced. A new license must be purchased at full price.
13. The license fee covers SOFTWARE use only. Services like installation, training, and support are extra.
14. Upgrades and enhancements require additional license fees as per LICENSOR policy.
15. Once a new version is released, further support will apply only to the latest version.
16. No guarantee is given for compatibility with future operating systems or technologies.
17. The LICENSOR is not responsible for data corruption caused by hardware failure, virus, or other issues.
18. The LICENSOR shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from SOFTWARE use.
